The US Supreme Court is set to hear the high-profile Affordable Care Act (ACA) litigation (King v Burwell) in March 2015, and the stakes are high. If the US Supreme court rules against the Obama Administration, nearly 5 million citizens currently enrolled through the federal marketplace could lose access to subsidized coverage.
