ACA: Small Business Health Care Tax Credit

When you buy health coverage for your employees through the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) Marketplace, you may qualify for a tax credit worth up to 50% of your premium contributions. As noted in previous communications, SHOP was created in the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and is a new way for small businesses to buy health insurance for their employees.
