AHCA/NCAL Announces Quality Symposium Keynotes

During  this year’s Quality Symposium, February 10-12 in New Orleans, hear from motivational speaker Christopher Ridenhour and Shari Ling, MD, Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Clinical Standards and Quality. 

As the opening keynote speaker, Ridenhour will provide attendees with an inspiring start to their symposium experience. He also  will share insight on why positive, purposeful and empathetic relationships, define the workplace culture and how each person can push their individual comfort levels to become a “champion” of possibility.  

Dr. Ling assists the CMS Chief Medical Officer in the Agency’s pursuit of higher quality health care, healthier populations, and lower cost through quality improvement. Dr. Ling’s presentation will highlight her long-standing focus on the achievement of meaningful health outcomes through delivery of high quality person-centered care across all care settings, with special interests in the care of persons with dementia, multiple chronic conditions, and functional limitations.
