Tools for Compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act

The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) sets forth numerous federal workplace requirements related to child labor, hours worked, wages, recordkeeping and overtime pay. The U.S. Department of Labor has several fact sheets that were written to help assisted living and nursing facility providers comply with the FLSA.
